These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of performanceplus.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Performance Plus Distributors Inc. This Site is an eCommerce website.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Shipping and Delivery

Our head office is located in Saskatoon, SK, and we ship from multiple warehouses across North America. We carry a variety of items (sizes and weights), so we use a range of delivery methods. While we can ship small items to a post office box, larger items must be sent to a physical address. Once you place your order, we will confirm the items are correct and research the best shipping options.

Delivery will occur as promptly as possible, based on the chosen delivery method. Please be aware that delivery schedules can change due to unexpected events. Note that delivery estimates exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Unless otherwise explicitly advised otherwise, you will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Automated shipping quote and listed carrier on the website may be revised before shipping your order. If there is an increase or decrease of cost to you, we will confirm with you before shipping your order. 

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

• Electronic items
• Opened, used, or installed items
• Special order items
• Build to order items

Returns by Mail

To return a good by mail, follow the procedure below:

1. Contact a Performance Plus representative to request a Return Authorization.
2. Include a record of the return authorization with the item you are returning.
3. Ship the item using your preferred method. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

Notes:

1. All items that did not ship to you as defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee ($50 CAD minimum).
2. By purchasing any of our products, you agree to this policy and the terms stated on this listing.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will provide a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Core Return Policy

Customers have up to 30 days to return any item that had a core charge. Contact us before shipping the item to receive a return authorization.

Core credits or refunds may take up to 60 days to process, as we ship cores in bulk to manufacturers and await approval for each core we manage on your behalf.

Severability

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. We will notify users by email of changes or post a notice on our Site.
